W. A. Bryan Patten, CFA, CIC

W.A. Bryan Patten is a founder, Principal, President, and Portfolio Manager of the firm. Prior to joining Patten and Patten in 1976, Mr. Patten worked as a vice president and Chief Investment Officer at Hamilton National Bank in Chattanooga. Active on a number of corporate and civic boards, Mr. Patten is currently a member of the Board of Directors - The Krystal Company and Krystal Holdings, Inc.; Big Horn Leather Company; a member of the Board of Trustees of University of Chattanooga Foundation; Chairman of the Stadium Corporation; and a member of the Riverpark Advisory Committee. Mr. Patten previously served as Chairman of See Rock City; a director of the Sports Barn, Inc.; as a member of the Cornell University Council; a trustee of the Baylor School; and a member of the University of Tennessee Development Council. Mr. Patten served for two years as an Infantry Lieutenant, including seventeen months with the Third Infantry Division in Wildflecken, Germany - 1962-1964. Mr. Patten is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A., History, 1962) and the Baylor School.
