Frank M. Robbins, III, is a Principal, Senior Vice President, and a Portfolio Manager of the firm. Prior to joining Patten and Patten in 1980, Mr. Robbins served as Director of Research at Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company. Mr. Robbins' community involvement includes serving as Senior Vice President of the Friends of Moccasin Bend National Park; and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute. Mr. Robbins served as Chairman of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Centennial Library. He is a co-founder of what is now known as the Riverbend Festival, recognized as one of the top outdoor festivals in the country. He has also served on the boards of a number of mental, mental health, and professional organizations. Mr. Robbins earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A. Economics, 1962) and the Baylor School.
