Mr. Crumbliss is a Principal and Vice President of Operations and Finance, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. Mr. Crumbliss previously obtained his Series 65 liscense and is currently a Registered Investment Adviser Representative of the firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Crumbliss was a founder, a Principal, and the Chief Manager of SCC Golf Properties, LLC and Black Creek Club, LLC, which owns Black Creek Club. Prior to his involvement with Black Creek Club, Mr. Crumbliss spent 18 years in the textile business, primarily with his family-owned company, Henry Crumbliss Yarns. Mr. Crumbliss has served as a Commissioner of Lookout Mtn., TN; as President of the Lookout Mountain Fairyland Club; as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lookout Mountain Golf Club; as President of the Chattanooga Chapter-Washington and Lee University Alumni Association (Chapter of the year '01-'02) and as Co-Chair of his 25th Reunion Class. Mr. Crumbliss graduated from Washington and Lee University (B.A. Economics, 1980) and the Baylor School.
